A REAL WEEKEND STARTED THIS
Jason La Barbera helped organize a Santa Cruz reunion for around 100 relatives. The June 5–7, 2026 weekend had a guest website, a schedule, local recommendations, and time together by the coast.
This product was built afterward to turn that experience into useful tools for the next organizer.
See the original reunion story Founder experience, not a customer result. The original family website and private guest information are excluded from the acquisition.YOUR ADVANTAGE IS WHAT YOU BRING
The best owner has local knowledge, a useful audience, or customers who already ask for planning help. Three practical ways to put the product to work:
Local event planners & concierges
Use the brief and research to prepare a client consultation. Bring your local relationships and judgment; charge for the assistance you actually deliver.
Hospitality & guest-services operators
Offer families useful planning help around their stay. Adapt the public guide and local resources to your property, while keeping recommendations transparent.
Destination publishers & local creators
Connect useful local articles to a working planning tool. Test whether your readers want a self-service kit or a referral to your planning service.
These are operating ideas to validate with real buyers, not existing revenue streams or earnings projections.
A CLEAR TRANSFER, WITH A CLEAR START
The asking price covers the proposed asset package. Before a sale, we agree on the exact inventory, rights, delivery, and acceptance checks.
Download the operator briefTry the organizer flow, read the local guides, inspect a sample packet, and review the documented gaps. Request source review and the transfer inventory.
Define the seller-owned files and content, any case-study permissions, the supported deployment, acceptance checks, and any transition assistance in writing.
Use your GitHub, hosting account, domain, and contact address. Follow the setup and release checklist. The buyer controls the product after the agreed transfer.
The first-month playbook covers customer observation, research updates, a bounded offer, and measuring actual purchase and delivery. Build from evidence.
THE DEAL, IN PLAIN ENGLISH
Third-party software and imagery retain their existing license terms. Final rights, exclusivity, transition help, and purchase terms must be established in the acquisition agreement.
BEFORE YOU MAKE AN OFFER
This $2,500 asking price is for a proposed business-asset acquisition: the seller-owned application and content described in the transfer inventory. It is separate from the consumer planning kit. Final assets, rights, payment, and handover terms are agreed in writing before a sale.
No customer base, revenue, bookings, traffic level, conversion rate, or income is represented in this offer. The product is a working public preview. The buyer brings distribution, validates demand, and decides which services or products to sell.
A reunion subscription gives you access to someone else’s product. This proposed acquisition gives you the seller-owned source and editable local content so you can operate and adapt this product. Other reunion platforms may have more mature collaboration or payment features; inspect the current release before deciding.
A GitHub account, a suitable Vercel hosting plan, your chosen domain, a monitored contact inbox, and someone comfortable maintaining a Next.js application. Checkout, payment processing, customer support, provider verification, and any new integrations remain the operator’s responsibility. Third-party fees are separate.
No partnerships, exclusive rates, referral agreements, or provider endorsements transfer with this offer. Research comes from linked official sources. An operator can build relationships and keep the records current; availability, rates, capacities, and access details require provider confirmation.
No. The June 2026 family reunion is the founder’s firsthand experience and inspiration. The original family domain, private guest information, personal media, and historical website are excluded. Any permission to continue using the founder case study must be agreed separately.
